let me give you a simple example of a situation in california that happened a few months ago. it was a fire chief in a restaurant. a person had a heart attack and died in the same restaurant. had he known about it he felt he may be could have saved a life. es went back to his cpr classi and as civilian volunteers if they would volunteer to let a dispatcher know of the location so that when another call comes in the dispatcher can look up and call the closest person to the heart attack victim and essentially have a better chance of serving -- saving their lives. that is a simple application. my prediction to you is that a decade from now you will have thousands of those applications and that it in your public safety experience. it will transform how you've served your citizens, the cost structure, and the service capability. i encourage all of you to work with us, be our partner, help us define the requirements of this system. we know how to architect it. it will be a good job. thank you, governor, for this opportunity. >> do you have any questions on firstnet? this was a big w
